This should be articulated in the ad, as this becomes a paper weight if you can program it as an end user. URC would not assist in any way because I bought it off eBay. The seller offered a full refund but everything this seller does is at. snails pace. The shipping, the communication and the refund all take forever. Still waiting for a refund at this time.
