I HAVE NO PROBLEM ACCEPTING RETURNS FOR ITEMS THAT ARE DAMAMGED OR DEFECTIVE. Buyer did not properly diagnose the problem before ordering the part. My listing clearly says to be sure you order the correct part before making the purchase or please ask questions before ordering. My listings have plenty of picture and all the information needed to make a proper decision on what you are buying. this buyer "after receiving the item" realized they needed the complete rear glass.
