    The seller send the incorrect item. A lot of work and stress to obtain a refund.

    Our shipping dept accidentally switched labels with another order. During our end of day audit we identified this and immediately contacted the buyer to inform them of our error and to apologize in advance. Refund was granted. There was a language barrier that prolonged this return which we also apologize for. This was an honest mistake that we 100% owned.
