I'm the customer from South Korea. The day that 38 days passed from order date, i hadn’t receive my item so i asked The Pom Shop for getting a refund. The shop gave me a message like, 'l’m so sorry, i will refund right away and if the item arrive to your home, you can get it free.' I can tell that message has a quite sincere mood.
