Purchased a subwoofer from seller. When it arrived the subwoofer was broken. I consulted an A/V repair expert who stated the seller likely packaged it incorrectly, without "fragile" or "this side up" notifications and UPS likely mishandled. Seller did not provide full refund, but provided a half refund, however I'm left with the cost to repair, which is likely more than the full amount paid for the subwoofer. Seller also lied about being able to file a claim as a buyer with UPS.
