It may be that the postal service handling cause the envelope to be opened, but it was opened enough for the oboe reed cane to be taken out, resulting in one plastic tube to be cracked. The cane bundle of ten piece in the cracked tube was still tied together, appearing to have not been damaged. The other tube (intact) also had the cane bundle tied up. I send this for informational purposes only, not seeking any refund or any other consideration. I've sent the pictures for your viewing. Thx
