I received the item in good time. I opened it and tried it with three seperate brand new CR123A batteries, it did not work. I contacted the seller to arrange either an exchange for a working model or a refund, and in reply they basically implied that I did not know how to insert the battery and close the cap. I already own the Surefire helmet light this is modeled on. They kept refusing to do an exchange or refund and I could not get help from eBay. This revue is the result.
