Item purchased on May 15th. Item then said "shipped" but no tracking info was sent. I emailed on May 31st asking for tracking. No response. I emailed again on June 10th asking for tracking info. Seller replied 6/10 saying the item had NOT been shipped. Item then shipped on June 11th. Item received June 15th broken in 2 places. ITEM WAS NOT PACKAGED APPROPRIATELY. There was no padding. Item was packaged in various pieces of cardboard that were taped together - not even a real box. Disappointing.

The phone was clean and working and it justified the price. The shipping container was a little wacky, a Cocoa Pebbles box, but the phone did arrive safely. I do applaud the resourcefulness of the recycling or repurposing of the cereal box as a shipping container. Thank you.
