The pulley showed up without the proprietary nut pictured. I contacted the seller immediately and was told they "raised a inquiry with the relevant team." The following day i was told they were still waiting for a reply and asked if I could check if it'll work without it. Then I was offered a partial refund, which I declined. Then I was told to start a return and reorder the pulley because they couldn't send me a nut because they didn't know if it was supposed to come with one.
