Arrived as described, placed in a cardboard carton with two severed parcel packs with the clock stuffed inside so it appeared that the packaging may have been tampered with by Customs or Postal as the Eagle finial had become dislodged & some minor damage to the clock casing which was dented around case where the eagle was mounted (possibly dropped during inspection). I believe that this was not the fault of the seller. Happy with the purchase
