Seller then lied and said that I requested the sale be canceled!!! 100% FALSE! The seller could have pretended to have 'lost' the rug -- instead they blamed me. To claim that I requested the cancellation -- as if they were doing me a favor -- was infuriating. I have purchased several items from this seller before without issues. After this stunt, however, they have lost me as a customer.
