Seller was great and kept me well informed with the information about my items ship date and related details to the shipping information. They were very prompt with the timeline and took the extra step to ensure the high dollar value item was given extra insurance through the shipping company. Unfortunately, the shipping company seems to have mishandled the item causing damage to the box, but it appears the item was packaged carefully and marked with "Fragile" so to be handled appropriately.
