Item was missing a part and I asked the seller to send. Did not hear back right away so started a return. Seller finally answered saying they had been out of the office. Asked for pictures of the issue which I sent. They then said they would send the missing part which they did and I closed the return. As soon as I started the return, the seller blocked me for no apparent reason. Apparently, this seller is paranoid and actively blocks buyers when they have a simple issue with an item purchased.

Unfortunately, we only block buyers that are incompetent. This buyer sent messages asking about the item, we answered the only thing included is what you see in the pictures. The item was then purchased by the buyer. He opened a return because it was missing something that wasn't in the listing or pictures. We appeased the buyer and took it off a different item just to pacify him. All his problems were resolved. We can only hope that he does not reproduce!
