My HP M602X arrived looking brand new. All of the pickup rollers appear to be brand new. It was packed extremely well. My only feedback item was that they sent me a straight through power cord instead of a 90 degree version which doesn't fit between my printer and the duplexer module (common for large HP BW Laserjets). It wasn't even worth contacting White Spider over a cheap 90 degree C13 cable.
