The bad: Seller did not show pictures or say in the description that the product was a UK version, even though they are a US seller shipping to a US address. The ugly: I sent numerous messages to the seller asking for help either getting a US power supply or returning the product. No response from them. I had to pay an additional $10 to get a US power supply for the switch. If you buy from them, you better hope they ship a useable item.
