I am a US customer of this Latvian company for parts for my old Sprinter van. They made a timely acknowledgement of the order. Once they located the part, shipping was timely via FedEx. When purchasing parts from another continent, you must anticipate a time delay. So I was just happy that they had a part that is increasingly hard to find in the US. I would use them again.
