    Buyer has not received their order because they purchased the last can we had. When we went to ship the product, the aerosol spray nozzle was actually broken off the can so the can was defective. We have been trying to source another can of this item but have been unable to since it has been discontinued. Buyer sent seller a message today and posted negative feedback at the same time before giving seller ample time to respond to buyer's message.

    Buyer never contacted seller to inquire as to status of order. Instead, buyer opened an "item not received" claim and asked for a refund. Seller refunded buyer, per buyer's request. In this instance, buyer is correct as to buyer never received fabric because buyer asked for a refund. Seller encountered a medical emergency in family and got behind on shipping. Seller would have told buyer this had buyer sent seller a message to inquire as to shipping before opening a claim.

    order product on may 1 then finally contacting seller and asking for a refund seller shipped item on may 19 i asked for refund because i had to get item could not wait this long but they shipped anyway when i asked not to i should get a refund this is very poor service and bad business

    Due to quantity of item buyer purchased, seller ran into a fulfillment issue due to the Chinese tariff trade war between US and China. Took a little longer to fulfill this order. Seller also had a family medical emergency to contend with during this time. Buyer never contacted seller to ask about order.
