      USPS lost the package, seller required me to repurchase the pin and waived shipping. USPS required information the seller promptly sent but the USPS denied the claim. I am appealing the claim. Another pin was lost the very same day from a different seller. That seller had another pin in the mail within days. That was a positive experience. This has been very different. I do not recommend this seller.

      While this buyer was appealing the USPS claim denial and putting in a claim to eBay, he messaged us and asked to buy the pin again stating that “I will gladly pay for another pin”. We sold him the pin with free shipping and he confirmed that he received it. We did what he asked of us and then we received this negative feedback. Both eBay and USPS denied his claim because the tracking showed the first pin was delivered. PayPal has a protection plan. He used it and he was able to be refunded.
