I recently had bought a used GM three ribbed power steering pump pulley from this company. And when I received It had been painted inside the shaft hole. I messaged them on a late Saturday afternoon probably around 3:00 (if the paint should be removed from the shaft hole)and was not expecting to get a response back until the next following business day but I received one within 5 minutes after sending them a question. I will leaving a 5 star for good quality of the parts and fast response time.
