The photos and condition of the shoes were accurately described. Shipment was quick. But the seller and I had an issue when I wanted to return the shoes for a full refund; however we worked it out and I decided to keep the shoes. I won’t be purchasing anything from this seller in the future. It was an unpleasant experience for me overall.

A full refund would have been given if shoes were unworn. However, buyer expected to be refunded for all shipping fees even though shoes were as described and new. Buyer said they were 99% sure shoes were fake. ..I don't sell fake shoes. My return policy is very clearly stated.
