If anyone is reading this, the new movement comes with a new stem as well, I accidentally ordered stems until I found the stem in the package lol. I used this movement in a seiko snxj92 and it fit perfectly, no need to take off the plastic spacer.

I have no way of telling whether it’s a genuine Seiko part but on putting it on my timegrapher, it performed even better than expected. You can find these cheaper elsewhere but I wanted to make sure it would work in my Seiko skx007. Finally, I really wish sellers would start offering these with the crown and necessary gaskets since many of us are buying these to overhaul and upgrade 007s.
