I received the one I ordered and the unit did not work. I contacted them and we sent a few emails back and forth and they sent me another one to try. Turns out that the original did not work due to a bad fuse in my disconnect. I just wanted to say how accommodating they were because some customer service encounters can be nightmares these days. Great job and thank you.
