We ordered and paid for UPS' next air-saver, The price for the toner was higher and others but they had next day shipping. We paid the higher price and for NDA shipping we needed the tonner ASAP. They took an extra day to ship and shipped ground. A week later the shipment arrived. We sent two emails asking for a refund of the extra shipping we paid for and did not get, NO REPLY. The toner arrived and was as described. We ended up paid nearly double what we should have and no respnse
