The written description states 5-20PCS, the picture shows 1-20PACK in the verbage. When selecting the quantity you want the options are for packs. I incorrectly assumed I would be getting at least 20 if I ordered 1 pack. I received 1 individual unit. 1 is not a pack. I feel misled and taken advantage of. By the way, I could not find the total quantity of one order anywhere on the site.
