Good product, and excellent knowing you’re buying from an Aussie family business, good communication 😊🌟 however was disappointed to despite having FAST DISPATCH in their description, a team member replied (when I asked a days later for a tracking number) that it could take up to 10 DAYS to dispatch a purchased item!
I think either an improvement on dispatch timeframe or removal of claim of “fast” dispatch should occur …item was purchased and paid for 17 May, anddespatched on 30 May 😔
