2 boxes arrived. They were taped together and in no boxes. Both 3m Boxes were broken and perforated spouts were broke open. I have no idea how many plugs I received. The boxes showed corded plugs; I purchased non corded and I received the same. A simple plastic bag and 3m boxes not damaged would make this positive.
