The unit was nonfunctional when it arrived, but the seller advised reseating the RAM which fixed the issue and now it boots normally.

I tried to invoke the "one year" warranty, but quicky found out the warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I had to spend $416.41, just to get this thing working. I didn't want them to send another unit, because I'm not collecting E-Waste to dispose of. There will be no more purchases here.
