The item was delivered damaged due to how the seller packed it, I was told they would send a replacement and I tried to follow up but to no reply. Ended up returning the item for a refund and even after it was delivered back to them they still haven’t released my refund. (The steering wheel cover was stained blue due to the blue box they shipped it in, impossible to rub/clean off)

Dear Customer: The item is new and it was an oversight of the shipping dept. not to see the purple stain that came from the factory and NOT from any carton that was used in packing it ,the procedure is simple and you as an E Bay user knows how to deal with it,you push the key to return it , choose weather you want an exchange or refund and you will get a return tag for the item at no cost to you, once received you either will get a new one or a full refund for the item.
