This one was missing nuts and washers that fit the threaded tube around the knob shafts, that are used to install it. Those are unique and cannot be purchased anymore. Without installation, the stereo is useless. The phone "agents" at ebay's customer service can barely speak English and I can't understand them. If I can't understand how can I get the information I need? NOT HAPPY!!
