Contacted seller with a very speedy response and apologies. The item was a buy one package get one free....that is why I went for this package. Only one package turned up. The seller responded immediately wanting further information of package sent. Apologies with 50% reimbursement of original fee. The comms was excellent and the package I received was well wrapped. I would deal again! Thanks

Gave Amazon instructions directly & also via seller but despite multiple emails, delivery still failed to arrive until 5 days later when the customer service operator finally updated the mapping for their courier. I got a full refund, however I asked if I could get the Cheese sauce I had ordered but I was ignored. I even went on to their list of items to reorder the Cheese sauce which was not listed. This tells me this was not a mistake but they did not have the Cheese sauce and sent me the White sauce with the intention of ripping me off. They should not be selling items they do not have.
