At which time I opened the package to my absolute shock and horror only to find that the car had been broken and damaged as a clear result of very poor packaging and not enough support. I tried making sense of this by communicating directly with the seller but faced a very poor reaction and she claimed I was lying and deliberately trying to claim on a package.
