    At first, my experience with this seller was very positive. I explained that I needed to wait to purchase the coat until I canceled another order, and the seller was responsive and shipped quickly. The coat appeared to be of better quality than others I’d seen, which I appreciated. However, once I had an issue, communication became noticeably delayed—I also had experience what felt like condescension when bringing up the issue of the incorrect measurements (please refer to photos)

    Hey, I'm so sorry to bother you. The coat looks lovely, and it shipped well. It's in lovely condition, but it unfortunately (which is on me) is just small enough to not be something I could functionally wear day to day. I would try to get it altered, but where I live I don't think anyone around here offers that service. I know this is completely on me, and I'm not at all trying to blame you for it. I should've asked more about the measurements. Regardless, is there anyway I could return it to.
