It took me purchasing the phone to get any response to my questions and 2 out of 3 of them were ignored. I had reached out the vendor and they said they will look into it and let me know. When I asked about it was during the Lunar New Year and that their contact is on vacation, so I was understanding to give time for the holiday. I had followed up again at the beginning of March. Now it it is close to the end of March, and I had not heard a follow up about the case.

I contacted the seller asking for the phone case and they were cooperative at first, but after 2 more weeks of waiting for the previous owner to reply, the seller seemed to ignore my messages after I inquired about the case more.
