The seller did not send me the item pictured. The color and weave pattern of the item received is not at all like the one I purchased from a photo on eBay. The seller refuses returns. Therefore it does not matter what is ordered as a buyer, the seller sends whatever he or she wants to send. This is not an acceptable marketplace transaction.

I'm confused since this item was purchased in March,2024 & I just received negative feedback today, May,30,2024. It was never requested to me that the buyer thought I sent the incorrect item or that he/she would like to return it. I've always accepted returns. I gave the buyer a positive review in early April,+ there were many photos of the pillow in the listing. Based on the review left, could this review be sent to me in error?
