- i***i (144)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseI ordered this batch by trying to find an amylase powder that was higher in alpha amylase content than the purchase from the previous vendor, who had sold me a blend with 4% alpha amylase/96% corn sugar. I sought out a higher amylase content product. I was told that this seller had a product less than 40% amylase, but much higher than the 4% of the other purchase. Plus, the amylase was to be blended with a yeast nutrient instead of dextrose. I opened package and added 3 TBSP. It was the same.
