Yes I did contact the seller and received no response..The seller didnt accept returns, otherwise I would hv been more than willing to return it..Instead I got a refund w a rude, unprofessional comment from the seller insinuating I somehow was cheating him out of this radio he was selling for $20 on EBAY. Never once got a response from seller. 2nd time purchasing off EBAY..EBAY was not the problem, the sellers unprofessional way of handling the problem was. Communication would hv resolved it
