Our products contain electronics and hydraulics and are sensitive for correct installation, are to be assembled by a trained technician specialized in these system having all the necessary tools. Moreover, the system should be depressurized, pressurized, bleeded for air, tested and soft coded, and read out with Mercedes diagnostic device WIS C3, C4 or higher. Therefore our products can NOT be returned in any case after assembly or usage of any kind. Items that arrived with a defect or transportation damage, can be returned within 30 days only when the product was unused, taking into account the terms of the purchase.
