Buyer, please hope you check our listing clearly. first, as advertised, the material of this item is synthetic leather. second, I have checked the phone case you received. and it's in good condition. we told you that you can return the phone case back for a full refund and we will cover the return fee. but you refused, you just want your money back and also keep our phone case. it's really a bad communication
