I have told you it's not, but you still wanted to purchase. It's a pity that I only got $89.25 from eBay, I still refunded you $99. I myself paid more than $20 for the shipment and I didn't ask you to pay for that. I think I didn't do anything wrong beside spending a lot of time handling with the transaction. It's not I that make the rule for returning charge. It's eBay that decides how much the buyer should pay for returning.
