    When my HD1501 failed, Mackie offered no replacement parts or support due. I found this listing, and was promised repair at a reasonable price. Huge thanks to Sen for the repair! He diagnosed and replaced failed components at the board level which I have such respect for. Keeping equipment in service for a reasonable cost instead of completely replacing is such a great thing. Communication was excellent and repair turnaround time was reasonable. 10/10 would recommend! Cheers, Sen!
