    The bottom foam pad was a bit too thick so I had to cut it in half. There is no way that graded cards would fit in the box the way that is shown in the photo. Maybe the bottom pad was supposed to also have tear out pieces but it did not. Regardless it will work for toploaders and graded cards on their side.

    sounds like you didnt cut the foam correctly. theres directions for cutting it directly in the listing. "Directions for CustomizingInside foam is composed of “pick and pluck” cubes on the top layer. It can be cut horizontally and vertically in order to create small cubes that can be plucked out. The Surrounding foam can be customized to the shape of what you are storing in the case and used as a template for the next layer ." you have to cut both layers, but the top layer is pre scored. you us
