Although I was aware the seller had several of these machines on sale, the photos show a machine with under 3000 working hours, the one sent to me had over 30,000 working hours. When you can purchase this machine new for around £500, the £300 I paid didn't quite seem the **BARGAIN** it was claimed to be.
On a positive note the seller agreed I could return the machine, was always very quick in responding to my messages, arranged for the machine to be uplifted and was prompt to refund me.

This is a little unfair, the item was delivered on a next day service free of charge and the description of goods was also fair. The machine was fully serviced and electrically checked and in perfect working order, which you failed to mention. You didn't even try the machine, so your only issue was the number of hours on the machine and not that it didn't work or was faulty. I gave you an immediate refund as promised, so unfair to leave neutral feedback.
