This seller sent me the wrong item and when I asked for an exchange, they said they would send me the correct item and I would have to buy the wrong one. I requested to return it but there was no response from them. Why should the buyer have to pay extra money because of the seller's mistake? It's been over a month and the problem is still not resolved. I have to ask ebay team for help. Worst seller ever. Worst experience I have ever had.

We made a mistake and send you the wrong item, we are human.We offered you to keep to item for 50% off becasue to ship it back to us it will cost more then the item.We didnt force you to keep it, we offered if you like to keep it.and you said no, which is also ok, but why to leave us such a bad feedback? why? did we treat you so bad?and you didnt ask from ebay to step in we gave you a refund for the item.so you got the item for free, and still we got a bad feedback from you.such a shame.
