- g***o (22)- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchaseCommunication started very good. Made offer, offer accepted, paid for item, and paid separate core invoice to seller. Deal was supposed to be if i paid core deposit they would ship same day. I did that. Nothing. No communication. They just have my money. That was 3 days ago. I tried the contact the seller option and the only thing they do is send me another look at the 2 options offered. One is to send my defective part in and they will ship, or 2, pay a $100 core deposit and they will ship theReply from: designjetpartsfast- Feedback replied by seller designjetpartsfast.- Feedback replied by seller designjetpartsfast.Technical issue with deposit has been resolved. Once I started communication they were very responsive and worked towards resolution with me. This is a very knowledgeable and positive seller!!!
