    We bought this twin stroller from this seller and when it arrived to us which didn’t take very long at all but the item was broken inside the box and Of course we was sad because we really wanted to give it to our granddaughter for her twins that day as a gift. But couldn’t put it together because the handle part was broke in two. So sadly we packed it back in the box and contacted this person that sold it to us and told him we wanted another in exchange. He was going to give partial refund.

    We have shipped this item by FedEx to this costumer , the item is new in sealed box, the customer claims that it was broken. it must be in shipping . the item was insured by the FedEx, we asked him if he can claim it broken to FedEx. we also offer him partial refund or can ship it back and send him a replacement., but that what get from him a negative feedback, even did not give us chance to solve this matter. i have called her personally to talk and give information to clam it with FedEx,
