If you install the filter with the plate against the carb throat it fits perfect, but install it as normal the holes do not line up with the studs. Seller did a partial refund and I altered the mounting plate that the filter can be used. I had to elongate all 4 holes according and then use rubber washers to cover the elongated holes. Bad mistake during manufacturing!
