The item was a cashmere sweater “in great condition.” However, the hand of the cashmere has lost its softness entirely. I was so confused upon receiving it that I even checked the label. After verifying it is indeed cashmere, I learned methods for softening the fabric again. All that to say, “great condition”doesn’t imply a need for fixing anything, and this experience would’ve been improved if the lack of softness or need for conditioning were included in the description.
