It's sold as "new," but it didn't meet my expectations. I know it's a work machine, and aesthetically I shouldn't pay too much attention to it, but these small details left me dismayed. The gray metal casing looks like it's about to detach itself from the threader, and eventually, once I put it to work, it will come off. More than "new" it seems reconditioned.

We had purchased from this seller last year, very happy with the service, OEM quality, new condition, good price. Blades were wrapped and taped securely.
