However, despite the description, it fit 1st gen Tacoma without major modifications: you'll need to grind off a chunk of the casing to make it fit, and none of the supplied wires have a proper plug, so re-use the old plug and cut/solder the wires. Notably, the polarity is in reverse, so red wire goes to blue (or green), and other goes to red. Compared to stock Toyota, this motor is noisier, especially when going up. If I had time, I'd return it and demand a refund.
