Very fast shipping and the seller was very easy to get ahold of and very easy to work with when I mentioned a concern with my purchase (CPU arrived with bent pins). I did pass along the suggestion of using a plastic clam shell when shipping CPUs rather than simply wrapping them in bubble wrap, but no guarantees that will become the norm.
